*1 MONTH CONTRACT FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT*

Job Details
  • Call Center Experience Needed
  • Start Date: Targeting May 19th
  • End Date: June 28th (potential extension based on attendance and performance)
  • Remote position, equipment provided
  • Hourly Rate: $16.50
  • Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday (shift scheduled within this window)
Job Description
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of clients' retirement plans, pension, and health benefits to provide excellent service.
  • Require critical thinking, strong communication, multi-tasking, and ownership skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Assist participants via a concierge service model, addressing inquiries end-to-end.
  • Provide proactive, high-quality service and keep participants informed throughout the process.
  • Manage open and new cases daily, including interactions with employees, retirement providers, insurance companies, and client services.
  • Document and update participant information accurately in the case management system.
Pay and Benefits

Hourly pay is $16.50. Benefits, subject to eligibility, may include:
