Job description

Contract Remote Call Center Representative

This is a 1-month contract position for open enrollment, requiring call center experience. The start date is targeted for May 19th, with an end date of June 28th, which may be extended based on attendance and performance. Equipment is provided for remote work. The hourly rate is $16.50.

You need to be available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled within this timeframe.

Job Description
  • The CSR demonstrates detailed knowledge of clients’ retirement plans, pension, and health benefits to ensure high-quality service.
  • This role requires critical thinking, strong communication, multitasking, and a sense of ownership.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to assist participants, addressing inquiries end-to-end.
  • Provide proactive, high-quality service, keeping participants informed throughout the process.
  • Manage open and new cases daily, including interactions with employees, retirement providers, insurance companies, and clients.
  • Document and update participant information accurately in the case management system.
Pay and Benefits

The pay rate is $16.50/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment specifics and may include:
