Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support Plattsburgh-area clients. This remote role requires local Plattsburgh residency for periodic onsite visits with hiring managers.

You will manage job orders, screen and interview candidates, and present talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles, while building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and vet job orders, secure approvals to source, screen, interview, and present candidates.
• Match candidates to suitable placements with independent judgment and strong interviewing skills.
