Job summary

Westaff is seeking a Recruiter in Plattsburgh, NY to source, screen and place candidates while building strong relationships with clients and community organizations. You will travel to client sites, manage postings on social media and job boards, and support associates with growth opportunities.

A flexible schedule and ability to pass background checks are required. You will work with a supportive team in a collaborative environment that values results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quality results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and TEAMS.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to make excellent hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to create a high-energy, results-oriented culture.
• Manage job postings through social media and job boards.
• Develop and grow relationships with community organizations to attract new candidates.
• Visit client work locations to understand work requirements.
• Manage and retain associates by providing opportunities for work and skill-building and addressing questions and concerns.
• Match associates to positions that meet needs of associates and clients, and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide coaching to associates as needed to ensure satisfaction of both associates and clients.
