Hometap, a Boston-based fintech company, is hiring a Contract Recruiting Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our recruiting team. You’ll schedule interviews, source candidates, build pipelines, and keep our applicant tracking system accurate while completing reference checks and onboarding tasks.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand ideal candidate profiles, maintain candidate portals, and manage recruiting data with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in recruiting coordination and/or sourcing.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms, Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage interview schedules for candidates and teams.
• Communicate interview logistics to candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain candidate portals with accurate information.
• Administer onboarding, IT setup, and debriefs.
