Hometap is hiring a Contract Recruiting Specialist to support day-to-day recruiting operations. You’ll schedule interviews, source candidates, and maintain our ATS, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and accurate data management.

Remote-first with a Boston-based presence, this contract role offers full-time hours (9am-5pm ET) and a compensation of $50/hour, with opportunities to contribute across the full recruiting lifecycle and grow a career in talent acquisition.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or sourcing.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates and teams.
• Comfort with data entry, reporting, and using spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and hiring teams using AI-assisted scheduling.
• Source candidates for open roles and build passive pipelines.
• Maintain an accurate ATS, run reports, and ensure data integrity.
• Support onboarding and reference checks for new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
