CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team in Utah. You will advise partners, guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, and help build a best-in-class process focused on quality hires.

You will work cross-functionally to optimize hiring strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of recruiting, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Experience navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Affinity for data and applying insights to hiring decisions.
• Familiarity with Workday and similar platforms; knowledge of market trends.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruitment activities and advise business partners throughout the process.
• Design and continuously improve the recruitment workflow to be best in class.
• Advise managers on market trends and competitive hiring strategies for complex needs.
• Find top candidates with passion for the business and manage their hiring experience with care.
• Represent CLEAResult brand in candidate interactions and coordinate with vendors.
• Support members of the Recruiting team and collaborate with the People Team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the mission forward.
