Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the People Team in Montana. You will guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process, applying your experience to advise partners and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring experience.

You will help build best-in-class processes, stay informed on market trends, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional colleagues to meet staffing needs while representing the CLEAResult brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Track record of navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms.
• Affinity for data-driven decision making in recruitment.
• Comply with applicable DOT qualification requirements and transportation regulations when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter and guide qualified candidates through the recruitment process.
• Execute a recruitment process with excellence while continually refining it to be best in class.
• Advise managers on market trends and competitive analysis to develop tailored hiring strategies at scale.
• Identify strongest candidates and manage their hiring experience with professionalism.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand with every interaction, vet candidates, partner with vendors.
• Support members of the Recruiting team.
• Collaborate with other People Team members to advance our mission.
