IPG in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Contract Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support IPG North America staffing objectives. You will recruit, screen, and onboard salaried hires, coordinate assessments and interviews, and manage offer processes with internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of recruiting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and video conferencing tools. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated excellent detail-oriented skills required.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Web-Based applications, including video conferencing, required.

Responsabilités

• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates for IPG North America.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Oversees and ensures compliance with requisition and advertising processes for all positions for IPG North America.
• Reviews all incoming resumes and applications for fit with role, and forwards qualified applications to internal stakeholders.
• Sets up assessments for candidates and routes results to relevant stakeholders prior to in-person interview process.
• Facilitates communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, including setting up candidate travel, interview schedules, and logistics of interviews.
• Oversees and ensures compliance with offer process for candidates.
• Onboards all salaried new hires to IPG through designated onboard process, including entering new hires into payroll system.
• Creates, supports, and continuously improves hiring process for salaried hires throughout IPG North America.
• Manages intern program by conducting orientations and partnering with internal stakeholders on scheduling rotations and assignments.
• Partners with Accounts Payable to reconcile all recruiting invoices to proper cost centers.
• Partners with Payroll department to assist in processing candidate expense reports
• Assists with HR and related projects as requested by Corporate HR team.
• All other related tasks as requested by Manager.
