Job summary

Intertape Polymer Group, Sarasota, FL, seeks a Contract Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive staffing for IPG North America. You will partner with managers, study plans, and design requisitions to meet hiring objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit entry and mid-level salaried positions for IPG North America.
• Oversee requisition and advertising processes for IPG North America.
• Review resumes and forward qualified candidates to stakeholders.
• Set up assessments and route results to interview teams.
• Coordinate candidate travel, interview schedules, and logistics.
• Oversee the offer process and onboarding of new hires.
• Improve and support hiring processes across IPG North America.
• Manage internship program orientations and rotations.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Payroll on reimbursements and cost centers.
• Assist with HR projects as requested by Corporate HR.

Title: Contract Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Department: Human Resources

Immediate Supervisor: Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Purpose:

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates for IPG North America. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.

Principle Accountabilities

• Responsible for all entry and mid-level salaried recruiting for IPG North America.
• Oversees and ensures compliance with requisition and advertising processes for all positions for IPG North America.
• Reviews all incoming resumes and applications for fit with role, and forwards qualified applications to internal stakeholders.
• Sets up assessments for candidates and routes results to relevant stakeholders prior to in-person interview process.
• Facilitates communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, including setting up candidate travel, interview schedules, and logistics of interviews.
• Oversees and ensures compliance with offer process for candidates.
• Onboards all salaried new hires to IPG through designated onboard process, including entering new hires into payroll system.
• Creates, supports, and continuously improves hiring process for salaried hires throughout IPG North America.
• Manages intern program by conducting orientations and partnering with internal stakeholders on scheduling rotations and assignments.
• Partners with Accounts Payable to reconcile all recruiting invoices to proper cost centers.
• Partners with Payroll department to assist in processing candidate expense reports
• Assists with HR and related projects as requested by Corporate HR team.
• All other related tasks as requested by Manager.
