Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to join our team for a six-month contract to support Corporate functions. You will source, attract, and hire top talent for Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, and broader G&A roles, while shaping interview processes and compensation discussions.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full-cycle recruiting process, build pipelines, and maintain strong candidate experiences in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation.
• Proven ability to meet hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Data-driven with use of recruiting metrics and market trends.
• Experience maintaining detailed ATS documentation.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations.
• Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes.
