Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support GTM roles across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. This six-month contract requires an autonomous recruiter who can own end-to-end execution and manage senior stakeholders.

You will inherit an active requisition load and help scale the recruiting team by focusing on strategy while leadership handles planning and design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in GTM across Sales, Sales/Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, or RevOps
• Experience hiring quota-carrying and customer-facing roles
• Strong sourcing including passive candidate outreach through LinkedIn and other tools
• Proven ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches with limited support
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation and meeting hiring goals
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including directors and above
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Experience keeping detailed documentation in an ATS

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Sales/Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships, from mid-level through director
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders as a strategic advisor
• Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Run intake sessions and design role-appropriate assessments
• Screen for technical depth and customer-facing skills and calibrate with hiring managers
• Conduct candidate interviews and lead compensation negotiations
• Manage a high-volume, high-complexity req load independently
• Keep pipeline data and notes current in the ATS for leadership visibility
