Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to join our team for a six-month contract to support Corporate functions. You will source, attract, and hire top talent for Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, and broader G&A roles, while shaping interview processes and compensation discussions.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full-cycle recruiting process, build pipelines, and maintain strong candidate experiences in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation.
• Proven ability to meet hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Data-driven with use of recruiting metrics and market trends.
• Experience maintaining detailed ATS documentation.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our team and support our Corporate functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success, deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. This is a six month contract with potential to extend based on business need.

• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
• Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid as salary or hourly. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
