Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support hiring for the Spark business. You will own full-cycle recruiting for a broad set of roles, including technical GTM, business operations and planning, and will partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor.

You will manage an active requisition load in a fast-paced startup environment, running complex searches end-to-end with a focus on quality and speed, while maintaining robust pipelines and ATS documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical GTM talent.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including director-level and above.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach.
• Data-driven, with recruiting metrics and market trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical customer-facing GTM, business ops and planning roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders as a strategic advisor.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Run intake sessions, design role-appropriate assessments, and structure interview processes.
• Screen candidates, provide updates, and lead compensation negotiations.
• Manage a high-volume, high-complexity requisition load with minimal oversight.
• Maintain pipeline data and ATS documentation for leadership visibility.
