Job summary

Mass & Associates LLC is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to proactively identify workforce needs across solar utility projects. You will develop recruiting strategies, source and screen craft and hourly labor candidates, and coordinate movement through the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role requires relationship-building with project leadership, travel to project sites, and strong sourcing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, workforce recruitment, talent acquisition, or related staffing functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, community partners, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites, hiring events, and recruiting activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly workforce across project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, job requirements, and labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate the company's culture and career opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Organize and participate in hiring events, project-site recruiting events, and community outreach.
