Job summary

RenewableWorks is seeking a detail‑driven Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our Recruiters in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You’ll manage CRM/ATS records, source candidates for solar construction roles, and maintain strong candidate communications.

This remote role requires multitasking, organizational excellence, and excellent communication. Compensation starts at $17–$21 per hour, with full benefits and a focus on candidate experience and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ general work experience in customer service, recruiting and/or sales required.
• 1+ year of administrative support/coordination experience required.
• Construction/Renewable Energy knowledge and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and updates applicant and associate records in CRM/ATS.
• Forms network to source qualified candidates for solar construction roles.
• Maintains regular contact with potential candidates for openings.
• Corresponds with candidates on hiring status via phone/email.
• Assists recruiting team in all phases of the hiring process.
• Occasionally participates in job fairs and interfaces with candidates/customers.
• Handles phone traffic, schedules appointments, and maintains email inbox.
• Assists sending links to applications and onboarding paperwork incl. background checks.
