Vertiv is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Westerville, OH (and at least one additional location). You will own full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles across Power and Thermal product lines, IT Systems, Global Services, and Infrastructure Solutions, collaborating with HR partners, hiring managers, and leaders to build teams aligned with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in the accelerated growth of our Power Business Unit engineering product lines.
• Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.
• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions within the Power Business Unit.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Power Business Unit leadership to develop recruiting strategies to achieve company goals.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical engineering functions.
• Contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing within the TA team and HR organization.
• Define and build programs that address and support the business from a talent perspective, lead through a Sales and consultative approach.
