You will collaborate with HR partners, BU leadership, and the TA team to develop sourcing strategies that align with Vertiv’s priorities and accelerate growth in Power engineering.

The role requires strong recruiting expertise across Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, and related functions, with an emphasis on data-driven decision making and process

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience on regional/national levels.
• Experience recruiting for electrical/power engineering roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in high-volume settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for Power Business Unit engineering roles.
• Collaborate with HR partners and BU leadership to craft sourcing strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and data analytics to inform hiring.
• Partner with 3rd-party and internal teams as needed.
