Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our global engineering business units, starting with Power product lines including Large and Medium UPS, DC Power, Energy Storage, and related systems.

You will identify and attract top talent, collaborate with HR partners and leaders, and build recruiting strategies to meet strategic priorities and behaviors. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ minimum full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for and/or familiarity with key skill sets within the Power space such as Electrical Engineering and related domains.
• Experience in strategic recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and ability to present findings.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in the accelerated growth of the Power Business Unit engineering product lines.
• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions within the Power Business Unit.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Power leadership to develop recruiting strategies to meet goals.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical engineering functions.
• Contribute to teamwork and share knowledge within the TA team and HR organization.
• Own your job with ethics, responsibility, and ownership affecting customers and the company.
• Define and build programs addressing business talent needs with a sales/consultative approach.
• Foster a data-driven organization and leverage metrics to drive results.
