Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent across our global engineering units, starting with Power product lines including UPS, DC Power, Energy Storage, and related systems. You will partner with HR partners, hiring managers, and leaders to build teams aligned with our strategic priorities and behaviors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional/national level, preferably with experience in both 3rd party and corporate environments.
• Experience recruiting for and/or familiarity with key skill sets within the Power space, such as Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Firmware, Test, Sustaining & Reliability, Product/Program Management, and Data Science/Engineering.
• Experience in strategic recruiting in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in the accelerated growth of our Power Business Unit engineering product lines.
• Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.
• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions within the Power Business Unit.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Power BU leadership to develop recruiting strategies to achieve company goals.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical engineering functions.
• Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization.
• Be innovative: share ideas within the team to drive continuous improvement and value to the customer.
• Own your job: act with ethics, responsibility, and ownership in daily work.
• Define and build programs that address business needs from a talent perspective, leading with a consultative approach.
• Foster a data driven organization and leverage metrics to drive results.
