Job summary

CornerStone Professional Placement seeks an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume hourly workforce for a manufacturing client in the DFW area. The assignment is 4–6 weeks, full-time, onsite, with typical hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

The recruiter will manage about 15 active openings, focus on production and machine-operation roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and move hires through the process with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly or high-volume populations.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple openings and pipelines.
• Experience using major online recruiting platforms and job boards.
• Strong phone communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage follow-up and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activity for approximately 15 active hourly manufacturing and warehouse openings.
• Focus on production and machine-operation talent while supporting other roles.
• Review and work existing candidate pipelines from major job boards and platforms.
• Conduct high-volume outreach through phone, text, email and messaging.
• Screen and pre-screen applicants for experience, schedule, and fit.
• Communicate job responsibilities, schedules, and requirements clearly to candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and maintain momentum in the process.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and teams.
• Maintain consistent candidate follow-up to reduce drop-off.
