Job summary

Truity Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and onboarding for a manufacturing environment in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This 4 to 6 month, full-time contract is 100% onsite.

You will manage production and skilled roles, coordinate end-to-end candidate processes, and partner with operations leaders to maintain staffing coverage. Collaboration with staffing agencies will support production hiring and candidate conversions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments
• Experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Strong communication with operations partners
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple openings

Responsibilities

• Handle recruiting for high-volume production and skilled openings
• Partner with operations and shift supervisors to understand and track staffing needs
• Coordinate candidate interviews, pre-employment screening, and onboarding
• Collaborate with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions
• Recruit for skilled and specialized roles
• Attend regular staffing meetings and provide recruiting updates
