Job summary

CornerStone Staffing is recruiting a bilingual contract recruiter for warehouse and light industrial positions in Addison, TX. This onsite role supports a fast-paced manufacturing recruiting project with approximately 15 open positions.

You will independently manage an existing candidate pipeline, shorten the recruiting backlog, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through interview scheduling. The contract lasts 4–6 weeks with a start date around September.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Manufacturing or warehouse recruiting experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred.
• Experience using Indeed and ZipRecruiter.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for Machine Operator and related roles.
• Screen and pre-screen applicants and identify qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate communication, scheduling, and updates.
• Market opportunities while setting realistic expectations of the onsite environment.
• Work independently with minimal direction on a fast-paced project.
• Handle high-volume hourly workforce recruiting.
