Job summary

myKaarma is seeking a highly hands-on Recruiter to join our People team on a contract-to-hire basis in Long Beach, CA. This role will support high-volume hiring across U.S.

operations and customer-facing functions, building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring managers to move qualified candidates through the process. The ideal candidate can source beyond postings, operate at pace, and balance volume with sound candidate judgment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with high-volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills and proactive pipeline generation.
• Experience recruiting for operations and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with an ATS; Rippling experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting activity across a portfolio of U.S. operations and customer-facing roles.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the role, clarify requirements, and establish an effective sourcing approach.
• Conduct recruiter screens and provide clear, concise candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in Rippling.
• Provide regular visibility into pipeline health, activity, and hiring progress to leadership and hiring teams.
• Support recruiting projects and additional hiring needs as priorities evolve.
