Job summary

myKaarma is seeking a highly hands-on Recruiter to join our People team on a contract-to-hire basis. You will build candidate pipelines, move hiring forward quickly, and support high-volume hiring across U.S.

operations and customer-facing functions with minimal oversight. You’ll source beyond job postings, partner with hiring managers, and manage multiple requisitions at pace while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with high-volume hiring.
• Ability to source beyond job postings and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Experience recruiting for operations, customer-facing roles, or similar functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with hiring managers and influencing sourcing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting activity across U.S. operations and customer-facing roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and establish sourcing approach.
• Conduct recruiter screens and provide clear candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate and requisition information in Rippling.
• Provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress to leadership.
