Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for professional, operational, technical, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions including operations, customer support, technical, field, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and drive hiring decisions.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline status for leadership updates.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract diverse talent.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Support recruiting projects, workforce planning, and hiring events as needed.
