Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sourcer/Recruiter for a contract role in Asheville, NC. The position focuses on sourcing candidates and conducting phone screenings, supporting multiple Leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with full-cycle recruiting, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet quotas. Remote work is available with onsite events in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Full-Cycle Recruiting and/or Sourcing experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite - technologically savvy.
• Experience working with ATS.
• High-energy and passion.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
• Experience managing HIGH-VOLUME REQUISITIONS.

Responsibilities

• Source/recruit for experienced RNs, New Graduates, Imaging.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Qualify and/or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
