This assignment is primarily onsite with occasional remote Fridays. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with Workday/LinkedIn

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, 5+ years preferred.
• Experience recruiting for HR, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Finance, or related functions.
• Financial services recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver quality hires.
• Recruit heavily for HR, Risk & Compliance, Operations and related roles.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday and other channels.
• Screen candidates, assess fit, and present top talent to teams.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure a smooth process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and support a lean TA team.
