Qualifications

• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Administers defined external/internal recruitment processes and partners with Hiring Managers and HR.
• Provides recruitment updates and analyzes market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meets customer satisfaction objectives by recruiting for assigned accounts.
