Responsibilities

• Own active requisitions and manage full-cycle recruiting with minimal ramp-up.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Recruit across marketing, sales/field sales, engineering, and other professional functions.
• Build strong candidate pipelines, particularly within the Cincinnati-area market.
• Partner closely with hiring managers on candidate needs, expectations, interviews, and market feedback.
• Learn the organization and roles well enough to effectively represent opportunities to candidates.
• Facilitate interviews and maintain strong onsite partnership with hiring managers.
• Utilize Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other approved sourcing tools.
