Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions for all assigned requisitions.
• Participate and help plan on-site job fairs.
• Collaborate with HR personnel and executive stakeholders to determine an ideal hiring and staffing strategy.
• Oversee and conduct candidate interviews in collaboration with talent acquisition team and hiring managers.
• Utilize all tools available to strategically source top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate records, track recruitment activity, and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate flow, and hiring outcomes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote the organization's employer brand and serve as an ambassador to attract top talent.
• Assist with special recruiting projects, high-volume hiring initiatives, and talent acquisition process improvements as needed.
