The Nagler Group is seeking a Back Contract Recruiter for a 4–6 month, onsite role in North Andover, MA. This full-cycle recruiter will manage job postings, sourcing, screenings, interviews, offers, and onboarding to support multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of recruiting experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong organizational and communication skills to sustain hiring momentum for a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing through interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and establish candidate requirements.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruitment across multiple departments, functions, and experience levels.
• Review job descriptions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on role requirements.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other relevant metrics.
• Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and internal hiring procedures.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting partners.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
