Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; semiconductor/manufacturing/tech preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ATS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to document job requirements and open requisitions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, agencies, and other platforms.
• Track recruitment metrics and report updates to stakeholders.
