Job summary

Knighted is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month, in-person role at our Downtown LA office. You will play a key part in the Talent Acquisition team, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding for entry-level positions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with operations managers to optimize recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience while growing a cohesive workforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiar with ATS tools such as Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates using traditional and creative methods.
• Conduct multiple interviews daily to assess hard and soft skills.
• Coordinate interview logistics and feedback with candidates and team members.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
