Job summary

Winholt Equipment Corp is seeking a motivated Contract Recruiter for a 2-month assignment focused on warehouse, customer service, administrative, and operations roles. You will manage multiple openings, source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to fill positions quickly.

This on-site role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with ATS.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, customer service, administrative, or operations positions strongly preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruiting process for a variety of hourly and salaried positions.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain applicant records within the ATS.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with job postings and recruiting strategies.
Provide regular updates on recruiting activity and hiring progress.
