Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, customer service, administrative, or operations positions strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process for a variety of hourly and salaried positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant records within the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with job postings and recruiting strategies.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity and hiring progress.
