Winholt Equipment is seeking a hands-on Contract Recruiter to support hiring during a growth period. This is an onsite role in Allentown, PA, covering a 2-month assignment with possible extension. The position will focus on recruiting candidates for warehouse, customer service, administrative, and operations-related openings.

Position Overview

This contract opportunity is designed to help the team manage recruiting activity during a period of increased hiring need. The recruiter will handle multiple requisitions and work closely with hiring managers to move candidates through the selection process.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Ability to work in a typical office environment

Compensation

Pay rate: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

The compensation range is provided as a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
