Job summary

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated experience independently sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent recruiting experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, establish recruiting priorities, and keep searches moving efficiently.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screens to assess relevant experience, qualifications, career interests, and alignment with position requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to support a positive experience.
• Manage multiple active requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while adjusting priorities based on business needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
• Identify recruiting challenges or pipeline gaps and recommend sourcing or process adjustments to improve outcomes.
