This position will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for exempt and non-exempt positions and partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and source candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates for multiple positions.
• Coordinate offers, references, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and assist with HR KPI reporting.
• Support referral programs and recruiting outreach.

Express Employment Professionals, Atlanta NE is recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate for an immediate contract opportunity with an established organization in Chamblee/Tucker, GA to add to their team.

This position will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for exempt and non-exempt positions and partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who can independently manage multiple requisitions, develop effective sourcing strategies, provide an excellent candidate experience, and support recruiting and onboarding initiatives in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Coordinate candidate selection, offers, references and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within the applicant tracking system.
• Support new-hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Track recruiting activity and assist with talent metrics and HR KPI reporting.
• Support employee referral and recruiting outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate with external staffing partners as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable employment policies, procedures and hiring practices.
• Provide professional, responsive communication to candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Experience with applicant tracking and HR systems;Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
