NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter - Trades to source, hire, and manage professionals across a variety of roles from frontline to leadership. You will build deep relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, creating a best-in-class hiring experience while developing strategic recruitment plans.

You will drive end-to-end processes, maintain robust pipelines, and execute proactive sourcing to fill openings quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.
3+ years agency or in-house recruiting experience.
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors.
Ability to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience influencing senior hiring managers and executives.
Articulate the company's value proposition to candidates.
Expertise in direct passive sourcing and cold-calling.
