Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms; Paradox is a differentiator.
• Affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success.
• Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends.
• Relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels to deliver exceptional candidates.
• Execute and continuously improve a best-in-class recruitment process.
• Advise managers on market trends and sourcing methodologies for complex hiring at scale.
• Find the strongest candidates and guide their hiring experience with care and professionalism.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand in every interaction with candidates and partners.
• Support members of the Recruiting team.
• Collaborate with other People Team members to advance our mission.
