CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to empower a mission-driven workforce and drive scalable hiring in the energy industry. You will advise managers, manage the candidate journey, and partner with vendors to secure top talent that matches our values.

You will cultivate relationships, own end-to-end processes, and continuously optimize recruitment strategies while representing the CLEAResult brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms.
• Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
• Affinity for data and understanding of labor market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to source exceptional candidates.
• Own and continuously improve the recruitment process to be best in class.
• Advise leaders on market trends, strategies, and competitive hiring approaches.
• Identify strongest candidates and manage their hiring experience with passion and care.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand with candidates, vendors, and collaborators.
• Support members of the Recruiting team and collaborate with the People Team.
