CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to impact a mission-driven workforce transforming how people use energy. You will advise managers, guide candidates through the process, and help build a best-in-class recruitment function.

You will cultivate relationships, optimize processes, and apply market insight to complex hiring needs at scale while representing the CLEAResult brand with passion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Experience partnering with managers and business leaders to fill open roles.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other platforms; Paradox is a differentiator.
• Comfort using data and market trends to inform sourcing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate relationships with managers at multiple levels to fill vacancies.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Advise on market trends, tactics, and competitive analysis for scaling hiring.
• Identify and engage top candidates with speed and candidate experience in mind.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand in all interactions with candidates and vendors.
• Collaborate with the People Team to advance our recruitment mission.
