CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and directly impact a mission-driven energy workforce. You will guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process, while advising managers and collaborating with business partners to build scalable, best-in-class hiring strategies.

You will cultivate relationships, represent the CLEAResult brand with integrity, and help expand our talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment that values learning and growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to navigate sourcing obstacles and build talent pipelines.
• Familiarity with Workday; Paradox is a major differentiator.
• Data-oriented with strong knowledge of labor market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to deliver exceptional candidates.
• Execute and continuously improve a best-in-class recruitment process.
• Advise managers on market trends and implement tailored hiring strategies.
• Find top candidates and manage their hiring experience with enthusiasm.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand with every interaction and coordinate with vendors.
• Support the Recruiting team and collaborate with the People Team.
