CLEAResult in Lexington, KY is seeking a Contract Recruiter to impact a mission-driven workforce changing how people use energy. You will guide qualified candidates through the recruitment process, advising managers on market trends and providing expert talent advisement.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to navigate obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Quickly get up to speed with Workday and other platforms.
• Experience with Paradox is a differentiator.
• Affinity for data and understanding labor market trends.

Responsabilités

• Energetically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to source exceptional candidates.
• Build the recruitment process and continually optimize it to be best in class.
• Advise managers on market trends, tactics, and competitive analysis for complex hiring at scale.
• Find the strongest candidates and manage their hiring experience with passion.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand with integrity when vetting candidates and collaborating with vendors.
• Support members of the Recruiting team and partner with the People Team.
