Job summary

LHH in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a client on a 4-6 month engagement with hybrid capabilities (3 days onsite/2 remote) and a pay rate of $25-32/hr.

The role requires front-end recruiting experience in manufacturing/production, a strong ability to multi-task, and familiarity with ADP. Responsibilities include posting requisitions, screening candidates, conducting initial calls, coordinating interviews, and onboarding through the ATS.

Qualifications

• Must have front-end specializing recruiting experience in manufacturing/production based roles.
• Must have strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Must give dedicated attention to each role; this is not a bulk hiring environment.
• Must be comfortable with 4-6 month contract.
