Job summary

Checkr is seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with hiring managers and executives to define needs and build sourcing strategies for G&A and Operations talent in a fast-paced technology company.

You will review resumes, pre-screen candidates, manage interviews end-to-end, and own offers and negotiations while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. Expect collaboration across teams and involvement in recruiting events as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of in-house recruiting experience hiring G&A and Operations talent at a technology company.
• Ability to manage a high requisition load.
• Strong sourcing skills and varied sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for assigned roles.
• Bias for action, resilience in ambiguity, and a focus on delivering outcomes.
