Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join its New York City team. This leadership role will oversee full-cycle recruiting across the organization while mentoring a small team of recruiters.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of recruiting experience in financial services, prior team leadership, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution. Salary ranges from $200K to $250K, commensurate with experience.

This leadership role will oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization while managing and mentoring a small team of recruiters.
