Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate and professional-level roles.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with UKG/UltiPro HRIS and Greenhouse ATS (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide broad HR support with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management.
• Operate onsite to support HR processes for a real estate organization in New York City.
• Partner with leadership to manage employee lifecycle and improve talent strategies.

Our client, a prominent real estate organization, is seeking a Contract Human Resources Generalist to join its team onsite in New York City. This role will provide broad HR support with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience with a focus on recruiting and generalist responsibilities, required.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate and professional-level roles, required.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes, required.
• Experience with UKG/UltiPro HRIS and Greenhouse ATS, preferred.
• Experience within real estate, professional services, or family-owned organizations, preferred.

The hourly rate for this role is $35-$55/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
