Job summary

C/A Design is seeking a talented recruiter on a contractual basis to support manufacturing, machining, and engineering hiring. This role requires juggling multiple openings, delivering results in a fast-paced environment, and presenting the company to top talent.

The recruiter will post descriptions and review responses via UKG PRO, coordinate phone and in-person interviews, draft offers, and coordinate onboarding. On-site work with flexible hours in Exeter, NH is available.

• Experience in full cycle recruitment for manufacturing environments (quality/machining/engineering/leadership).

• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions with managers and HR.
• Post openings via UKG PRO and review responses daily.
• Share resumes with hiring managers and coordinate phone interviews.
• Coordinate in-person interviews and manage interview schedules.
• Draft offer paperwork and present to candidates.
• Coordinate with HR Generalist on hire dates and onboarding steps.
• Maintain safety-conscious culture in daily duties.
• Flex hours; work must be done on site.

Our Human Resources team is looking to add a talented, dynamic and personality plus recruiter to the organization on a contractual basis. Industry experience in manufacturing/machining/engineering is a requirement. Our contract recruiter must be able to juggle multiple openings simultaneously and possess the ability to embrace a fast-paced culture and deliver results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strive towards a culture of proactive safety.
• In partnership with managers and human resources: assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions.
• Post positions via UKG PRO and review/screen responses on a daily basis.
• Share resumes with hiring managers, coordinate phone interviews for qualified applicants.
• Share detailed summary on interview findings.
• Coordinate in person interviews. Greet applicants and oversee interview schedule.
• Draft offer paperwork and present position to applicant.
• Coordinate with HR Generalist on hire dates and first day on-boarding steps, etc.
• Flex hours available. Work must be done on site.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in full cycle recruitment of roles in a manufacturing environment (Quality/Machining/Engineering/Leadership).
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results.
• Excellent technical capabilities - MS Office suite & UKG PRO (HRIS program).
• Dependable and a quick learner.
• A business savvy recruiter who can sell the company and draw top talent to the organization.
